Full service law firm providing quality legal services to businesses and individuals

Practicing law since 1991, I have represented a wide range of clients in civil and administrative matters. Early in my career, I worked with my father, Vincent Piccirilli, representing school districts across Rhode Island. We handled collective bargaining, grievance arbitrations, unfair labor practices, and teacher and staff discipline cases.

My practice has included litigation and appeals involving special education, the Rhode Island Open Meetings Act, the Access to Public Records Act, and discrimination law. I’ve also served as a special education hearing officer and arbitrator. I’ve handled numerous civil trials in both state and federal courts, including appeals in the Rhode Island Supreme Court and the Federal First Circuit Court of Appeals.

In other cases, I’ve resolved personal injury and contract disputes, including a multi-million-dollar settlement from a traffic accident. More recently, I’ve represented clients whose civil liberties were affected by government responses to the COVID-19 pandemic.
